Guest guest Posted August 16, 2004 Report Share Posted August 16, 2004 Fresh Mozzarella With Basil 1 lb fresh mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup olive oil 1-2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil 1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper tomato, slices (optional) baguette, slices (optional) Cut mozzarella into 1-inch cubes; place cubes in a medium bowl. Combine oil, vinegar, basil and pepper, pour over cheese and toss gently till cheese is well-coated.
