Question for Soap and Lotion crafters

Greetings ~ I have come across a recipe I really want to try, it

calls for 2T Liquid Lecithin. Im wondering if anyone out there

know's what this is and could you suggest something else to take its

place?

And I found it for sale here for about $4.http://www.1fast400.com/p1255_Liquid_Lecithin_Now_Foods.html

 

Other places had it for $7. I don't know of an alternative though...
