Guest guest
Lavender Foot Bath Infuse some lavender tea... place fresh lavender (stems and all) into a large pot, cover with water and heat, but don't boil. Pour into a large pan big enough for both feet. Add a handful of epsom salts and a few drops of lavender essential oil. Soak your feet in the warm/hot water (let cool until it's comfortable for you before you stick you feet into it), for at least ten minutes. Optional; Wash with a foot soap and use a pumice stone on the rough parts. Rinse. Dry. Smooth on some [lavender and/or peppermint] foot lotion. Spray with tea tree oil foot spray. If possible, bribe someone to do this for you as they also massage your feet. My niece does this for me and also gives me a pedicure with bright colored nail polish [lavender, of course]
