Add 25 to 30 drops of lavender essential oil (or a combination of lavender, sweet orange and mint oils), the top it off with distilled water. Shake well to mix. Spray in the air throughout your house, in hotel rooms, or in the car to purify the air. Carry a small lavender spritzer bottle to help cool down after physical activity.
