Guest guest Posted July 16, 2004 Report Share Posted July 16, 2004 Rosemary Cookies 3/4 cup unsalted butter 1 3/4 cup all-purpose unbleached flour, sifted 1 cup sugar 1 tsp baking soda 1 egg 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup molasses 1/4 tsp ground cloves 2 tsp ground dried rosemary 1/2 tsp ground ginger Cream butter and sugar, add egg and molasses. Stir in remaining ingredients, mixing well. Drop by scant teaspoonfuls (1/2 tsp) onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes @ 325-degrees.
