Headache Relief Massage Oil Blend

There's no worse feeling than that tension in the base of your neck

that signals a killer headache is on its way. When you feel that,

have some of this wonderful oil rubbed into your shoulders and neck

to help ease the pain.

 

1/4 cup sweet almond oil (or other oil like sunflower or olive oil)

8 drops Lavender essential oil

5 drops Peppermint essential oil

2 drops Chamomile essential oil

 

In a small bottle or jar combine all ingredients and shake well

before each use.
