Guest guest Posted July 6, 2004 Report Share Posted July 6, 2004 Lemon Fruit TartsIngredients:1 8 ounce package of cream cheese1 4 serving pack of jello lemon gelatin1/2 cup cool whip1 6 ounce keebler graham cracker crusts (6 servings ones)6 tablespoons fruit spreadable any flavorIn bowl stir cream cheese with spoon till soft. Add gelatin dry, then add cool whip. Continue stirring until well blended. Spread mixture into graham cracker crusts. spread 1 tablespoon fruit over top of each. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
