Guest guest
Peanut Butter Bread Loaf Soap Ingredients: About Lb - 2 Lb White MP 1 1/2 - 2 TB Peanut Butter 2 TB Ground Almonds or other nut Pinch Cinnamon 1/2 tsp cocoa powder 1 tsp whole oats 1 Tbsp Honey 1 tbsp Shea Butter 1/2 tb Castor Oil 2-6 oz Clear MP Directions This is a three layer step process. Find a small bread loaf pan. Melt all of your white MP soap. I dont really measure the MP, just see how much is made and if I need more melt some more. I would say one to two pounds is needed depending on your loaf size. You may use clear MP but I prefer white for the bottom and main base. Add your peanut butter and ground almonds to this and stir. The peanut butter blends right in and smells heavenly. Also add the shea butter and the castor oil. The castor oil is optional, added for extra lather. The shea butter leaves a more creamy and luxurious bar. Let this layer, filled almost to the top of the loaf pan, harden almost completely, to the tacky stage. Now melt almost all of your clear, leaving an oz or two behind. In the clear add the cocoa powder to give a chocolate/brown look. You may also use chocolate FO and color instead. Pour onto the peanut butter layer and let harden to tacky stage. On the stacky part, sprinkle on a pinch of cinnamon and some whole oats. Cover this tacky layer with a very very small amt MP with a lot of honey added into it - trying for a honey drizzled on look. The honey will be alittle sticky but it wont matter if the soap is used since it's only at the very very top. Harden all and enjoy. A very nice smelling and looking loaf to slice! _________________
