Guest guest Posted June 22, 2004 Report Share Posted June 22, 2004 Pineapple-Orange Pound Cake 1 pkg. pineapple cake mix 1 (3.5 oz) instant vanilla pudding 4 large eggs 1 1/4 cups orange juice; divided 1/3 c. veg. oil 1 tablespoon grated orange peel 1/3 c. granulated sugar Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour l0-inch bundt pan. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, 1 cup of oj, oil and orange peel in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool 25 minutes in pan. Invert onto a serving plate. Combine sugar and 1/4 c. of oj in small saucepan.
