Guest guest Posted June 21, 2004 Report Share Posted June 21, 2004 CREOLE KISSES Cooking American Style Betty Crocker 2 egg whites 3/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans Heat oven to 300 degrees. Beat egg whites in small mixer bowl until foamy. Beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time; continue beating until very stiff and glossy. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheet. Bake until dry, about 20 minutes (do not let candies brown). Immediately remove from baking sheet.
