Guest guest Posted June 15, 2004 Report Share Posted June 15, 2004 Boil 8 cups of water. Add 5 springs of fresh or 10 springs of dried lemon verbena leaves (rosemary can also be used). Let stand till water is warm and comfortable. Pour into a bowl and soak your feet from 10 - 20 minutes. Rinse off with cold water. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
