Guest guest Posted June 15, 2004 Report Share Posted June 15, 2004 Warm the honey slightly. For every cup of warm honey, add 1 tspn mint leaves. Seal in a jar. Place the jar in a warm place; leave it for 3 weeks. Heat again so it runs freely, and strain out the mint. Mint honey will keep for years. If it candies, heat it again.
