Guest guest Posted June 8, 2004 Report Share Posted June 8, 2004 Bedtime Bath Mixture This will help you unwind and relax after a stressful day. 2 drops rose geranium oil 2 drops lavender oil 2 drops chamomile oil Mix the oils into a warm bath and soak for at least 15 minutes.
