Guest guest Posted June 7, 2004 Report Share Posted June 7, 2004 Creamy Herb Vinaigrette Metric Ingredient Imperial 125 ml canola oil 1/2 cup 125 ml sour cream 1/2 cup 40 ml red wine vinegar 3 tbsp 5 ml sugar 1 tsp 10 ml dijon mustard 2 tsp 5 ml shallots, minced 1 tsp 2 ml dried basil, crushed 1/2 tsp 1 ml dried thyme, crushed 1/4 tsp 1 ml dried parsley, crushed 1/4 tsp 1 ml salt 1/4 tsp 1 clove garlic, minced 1 ---- ---- Directions In a small bowl; whisk together oil, sour cream, vinegar, sugar and mustard until smooth.
