Guest guest Posted June 7, 2004 Report Share Posted June 7, 2004 Smoky Barbecue Sauce This makes enough to serve 200 people. 5 to 6 medium onions, chopped 4 cups vegetable oil 5 bottles catsup 1 large and 1 small bottle Worcestershire sauce 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 (16 ounce) box brown sugar 1 large and 1 small bottle Liquid Smoke Sauté onions and garlic in oil.
