Guest guest Posted June 4, 2004 Report Share Posted June 4, 2004 Deeply Moisturizing Massage Oil for Face and Neck Oily Skin: Add 2 drops bergamot, 1 drop, lemon or geranium to 2 teaspoons grapeseed oil. Sensitive Skin: Add 2 drops chamomile and 1 drop lavender to 2 teaspoons sweet almond oil. Dry Skin: Add 2 drops neroli, 1 drop of frankincense, 1 drop of geranium to 1 teaspoon each of sweet almond oil and jojoba oil. Quick Partial Face Massage for Overactive Mind: Use the first two fingers of both hands to gently massage the temples in a counter clockwise direction. This can also be used to deal with headaches. Recipe: Add 2 drops of lavender and 1 drop chamomile to 1 teaspoon of carrier/base oil. If preferred, lavender oil can be used neat on the fingertips and massaged directly onto the skin.
