Guest guest Posted May 31, 2004 Report Share Posted May 31, 2004 Dandelion Salad 4 cups dandelion leaves4 cups romaine lettuce leaves2 cups diced tomatoes1/2 cup chopped chives1/4 cup chive flowers 1 cup chopped dandelion flowersDressing:1/4 cup olive oil1 tablespoon tamari2 tsp. lime juiceWash and dry the greens. Tear into bite size pieces. Place greens, tomatoes and chives in a large pretty bowl and toss well. Add the dressing and garnish with the chive and dandelion flowers.
