Healing Tea

This is for healing of emotions, hurt feelings caused by others...

Gather one half an ounce of each of the following herbs:

Clove, Lavendar, Mint, Blackberry, and Milk Thistle

Mix these together in a mortar & pestal or in a blender until

thouroughly mixed. Store in a glass jar. Keep airtight, and away

from light and moisture. Use 2 tsp for each cup of water. Allow

the tea to steep in boiling water for 12 minutes. You can add honey

or real cream to this tea for flavor without disrupting the

purpose. Drink this when somone has caused you to feel hurt or

disrupted because of things they have said to others that are

untrue.

Healing Bath

Gather one quarter an ounce of the following herbs and add them to

one cup of epsom salts:

Angelica Root, Life Everlasting, Lime, and Nettle.

Mix the herbs lightly together just to 'bruise' them, and them to

once cup of epsom salts, and place in a muslin bag. Tie the bag

closed and hang under the running water as youdraw a bath. The

salts will disolve, then allow the bag to 'steep' in the tub for

about 10 minutes while you relax intot he healing waters they have

produced. You can use an unscented liquid soap or shower gel and

wash with the herbs once you have ran your bath, to add a little

extra umph. This is wonderful whenused with the tea above to allow

you to feel more like yourself again.
