Now the Crystal Bible says you should only wear them for a short time but doesn't say why or how short is " short " ? Minutes? A day? Does anyone know the answers? Guest guest Posted April 30, 2010 Report Share Posted April 30, 2010 I would recommend meditating with the herks and seeing if they have an answer for you. If that doesn't work, make your pendant and wear them paying close attention to how you are feeling when you put them on. Then if you start feeling differently (mood swings, spacey, sleepy .... whatever noticeable difference you notice) that would be when I would suggest removing them. I would also recommend timing it as well. That way if you wear them for 4 hours and then notice a difference in how you are feeling or acting, you know that 4 hours is a bit too long and shorten the length of time by a little bit the next time you wear them. Guest guest Posted May 1, 2010 Report Share Posted May 1, 2010 I have a special love for angelic Herkimer diamonds... I also do wire wrapping of stones for healing tools for myself and others. Everyone is different when it comes to stones and the needs that one has at any given time. I personally always have a Herkimer on my bed stand, so needless to say, it is near me through the night... every night along with other stones as well. I can also wear a Herkimer as a pendant and earrings all day. What stones I carry in my pocket, is chosen in the morning. Some days it may include a Herkimer and some days, it does not. We can get lots of info from books... but keep in mind that books are written by people and they are adding their " feelings " to the words written. I feel it is best to follow your heart and inner feelings when it comes to what stone you need at any given time and how long you should hold, wear, or carry.
