i have a thought,

do you know about ormes / ormus ? monoatomic gold

 

it is powdered white gold in a special form, that is food for the soul and

lightbody

 

now,

 

i thought, what if you take a powdered gemstone, and take a tiny amount

ingesting it ? i remember hearing the egyptians would rub powdered lapis lazuil

into each others heads ,
