Quartz Crystal Bowls

I would like to hear from anyone who has used quartz crystal singing bowls for

chakra therapy or meditaion or anyone who is interested in that in the future.

I have several CDs that are of crystal singing bowls (my favorite being

" Sounds of Light "

The CDs can be a fabulous substitution for the real bowls, especially when

it comes to cost and storage!! As much as I would LOVE to have a full set

of the bowls, I cannot justify the cost and I do not have storage space for

them. Another personal feeling is, just like crystals not all singing bowls

are going to resonate with you. So to me it is a must to be able to

hear/feel them in person when looking to buy a set of them or even just one.

Each

throat chakra bowl will not feel the same for the individual, at least

that is how it was for me.

 

Now out of the CDs I have (3 or 4) of crystal singing bowls, as mentioned

" Sounds of light " is my favorite. It gives the best vibrations to my entire

being. I have even used it when taking a bath and all I can say is

AWESOME!! It vibrates the water molecules and intensifies the feeling of the

vibrations on the skin and in the body. On MUST however use caution when

playing

Crystal singing bowl CDs and the bowls themselves. If one plays a bowl too

loudly, it can crack and if one plays a CD to loudly you can damage your

stereo equipment. I think there is also the potential of damaging glass in

the surrounding area as well When I first got " Sounds of Light " , I did not

have it playing loudly but there happened to be leaded crystal wine glass in

the room with me. I am not kidding you, it actually started

humming/ringing!! Pretty impressive but also a good indicator that potential

damage IS

possible.
