My husband bought it for me as an anniversary present a few years ago, and I have worn it pretty much constantly since then. I have to be honest, I'm not sure how much effect it has had on me or my health - it's hard to judge since I don't know how I'd be if I hadn't been wearing it! I've never felt as if it has a 'miraculous' effect on my health, and for me personally, I feel a bigger and quicker effect when I use crystals.
