past life grids and karmic releasing

Hi everyone,

I have never posted on here, so this is my first time doing so.

I am blind and have been since birth. Over the years I've studied what energy

work is, the suttle bodies and aura, as well as the chakras. I about 6 months

ago got into crystal healing and have learned a lot from the group here. I was

wondering as to what others work with regarding past life grids, in other words

can others help a person to regress to a past life during a healing session? I'm

curious because I've learned a healing that heals past lives, it's very

interesting.

Let me know. I have a lot of crystals, and I do work with grids, but not to help

with karmic releasing. I've heard that with karmic releasing that people can lie

on a table, or comfortable place, and then crystals are placed around the

person, then a meditation is given. So how does that work?
