Guest guest
The type of person you've described.....Isn't that part of what a Psychic Vampire does? I was wondering if there is a way to help heal negative energy emanating from another person. I am an ultra-sensitive and I pick up on the energies of others and find myself even being injured by them if that makes sense. The person producing this negative energy is also suffering but they don't realize what is happening. -Charlene cindy_midcalf Nov 26, 2009 11:48 AM CrystalHealing- workshop [CrystalHW] Re: Hypersensitivity to Energy Hi Ana! My go-to stone for protection from others' energies is black tourmaline. It is so protective and peaceful. I relate to feeling " buzzed " around certain people and places. You have to make sure you are protected. Other stones you may want to try are citrine (transforms negative to positive energy), obsidian (grounding and protective), and rose quartz (surrounds one with unconditional love). Just keep searching till you find a crystal companion that will keep you grounded and protected and able to show your beautiful light to the world! Guest guest
Hi Jackie, That term is used to describe people or animals who like to take your positive energy. Most do no realize they are doing it. I choose not to use that term. Based on the perceived energies we give to the word Vampire, i do not care to reinforce that energy. ;>) linda On Dec 15, 2009, at 5:24 PM, jackie moore wrote: The type of person you've described.....Isn't that part of what a Psychic Vampire does? Guest guest
Yes, perhaps so, but I am not sure if he is aware of this tendency in himself. He seems to always need energy from one person and when that is depleted or stopped he seems to be come frustrated and even angry with that person/ himself and shuts down. He is often in a state of low emotional energy and is pretty much unable to give emotionally to another person. jackie moore Dec 15, 2009 6:24 PM Re: [CrystalHW] Re: Hypersensitivity to Energy The type of person you've described.....Isn't that part of what a Psychic Vampire does? Guest guest
Charlene I do Reiki, so I can clean out my aura and chakras and get rid of the negativity in that way. Others use crystals, a sea-salt bath, meditation, animal companions, candles, exercise, or spending time in Nature to reconnect with the elements. I am a mental health and addictions counselor, so I work with all types of vibrations coming at me. At times I forget to protect myself, and then I suffer the consequences until I realize what is happening. I feel very " heavy, " drained, sad, with this foreboding dragging at me. This happened yesterday. I saw a very nice but grim client, and the vibrations were SO low. The aura was gray! I didn't think any more about it until my dreams were filled with pretty disturbing violence and pain. I woke up (at 2 a.m.) realizing I had not cleared myself energetically after work. After Reiki, which took longer than usual, I felt much more at peace and lighter, and got a good rest before morning. I am carrying prehnite and rose quartz for gentle healing today. Moral of the story--protection is better than cleaning up afterward! You cannot do much to heal your friend until he is ready to change, but you can protect yourself from the energy drain. He may not respond well to your serenity, but you deserve a radiant life!! Love and light, Cindy
Guest guest
What does a gray aura mean? My ex-husband always had a gray aura and I was wondering what it might indicate? Thank you, -Charlene cindy_midcalf Dec 19, 2009 12:27 PM [CrystalHW] Re: Hypersensitivity to Energy Charlene I do Reiki, so I can clean out my aura and chakras and get rid of the negativity in that way.
