Guest guest
Jose, Try taking L-Carnitine, 500 mg, twice a day. These are essential. It helps to strngthen the heart muscle and to promote circulation by transporting long fatty acid chains. Also, Multienzyme complex, this aids digestion and circulation and enhances oxygen use in all body tissues. Im pretty sure you can get these at gnc or something similar. Good luck. Guest guest
You can try an aspirin a day, 5 mil, or if you can't do that, massage at night with some good warming oil, or if you can't do that, here is something to think about, put your legs up when ever you have the chance. However, and this may sound stupid, but think about it, how many pillows are you using at night, if two, drop one, if one, get a thinner one or do without if you can. Try a little chlorophyll tea, too. Although, watch it if you are on any med's like coumadin or blood pressure, chlorophyll has the tendency to purify the blood and flush medications out or disrupt the ability for it to work, you can't have green dark leafy veggies if you are on coumadin due to the vitamin " K " in them and you can't take aspirin either. (This is not medical advice just a suggestion, OK!?) RLS Jose <pagan1959 wrote: Hello: About a year ago, Im suffering from bad circulation and is reflected more in my legs. Guest guest
There are two things that I know of that helps the circulation in the legs. My wife has the same problem and this is the only thing that works for her: Take 3000 to 6000 MG or L-arginine a day. Split it up into two or 3 even doses. This improves circulation within a few hours but is used up by the body in a few hours so that is why it is important to split up the dosage through out the day. You can also take butchers broom. You can take them both at the same time as well. You can find both at Wal-mart in the vitaman section Aubrey , " Ieneke van Houten " <ienvan wrote: > > About a year ago, Im suffering from bad circulation and is reflected > more in my legs. Guest guest
Good suggestions, for sure! The detox footbath helped me with my circulation SO much. Before I started using it, my left leg would get heavy and I had numbness in my foot. That completely disappears when I use the BEST Detox Footbath. Really! The thing is amazing! Guest guest
I know that bloodstone is a good stone for poor circulation, but is there anything else that anyone can suggest.
Guest guest
I believe that dioptase is also helpful in this area, but it can be a bit expensive. Citrine, pyrite and rhodochrosite are also said to assist with blood circulation. Ruby and turquoise are also said to be beneficial. kayecorlett Nov 10, 2009 2:19 AM [CrystalHW] bad circulation I know that bloodstone is a good stone for poor circulation, but is there anything else that anyone can suggest. Guest guest
Being an over-analytical Virgo, I looked this question up on google and went through some of my crystal books but sometimes I do go with intuition and when that happens its very rarely if ever wrong. For some reason Petrified Wood came into my mind with I accessed the sub-conscious. Also in my readings, Fire or Harlequin quartz and garnet is said to have strong benefits for circulation. -Charlene renaumoon Nov 10, 2009 10:06 PM Re: [CrystalHW] bad circulation In a message dated 11/10/2009 1:43:58 P.M. Guest guest
Charlene, Your intuition was right on with the selection of petrified wood. Though the wood is petrified, wood is rich with symbolism regarding circulation. Here is a brief explanation of a tree's anatomy: The second layer is called the inner bark or phloem. This layer moves food from the leaves down the tree trunk. The third layer is called the cambian cell layer. This is the growing layer of the tree. Each year this layer produces the new bark layers. The fourth layer is the sapwood or xylem. This is where the water comes up from the roots. Each year a new ring of sapwood is grown. You see how the layers of the tree are very important in moving water and nutrients from the roots to all the way to the leaves and nutrients from the leaves down to the roots. Guest guest
Yes I think I did read something about carnelian as well. Regarding bloodstone... intuitively I received that its helpful to actually press it up against the liver though I don't know if this is something that applies to circulation per se. Guest guest
Thanks to all who replied to my query re blood circulation. I have decided to picture all the crystals mentioned and use what looks good for me.
