Namaste, thank you for reading :

I know crystals have unlimited energy and can be very powerful tools,

how may I really truly tune into them ? I know many ways which let me in general

feel some of the crystal flow, but with an example being citrine : this has the

capacity to be a radical spiritual transformer, awakening kundalini and a great

sense of power,

how do I ***REALLY*** tune into crystal energies?

Hi Chris, one way is to meditate with the spirit of the crystal. You during

meditation, move your consciousness from your mind down your arm to the

crystal. Once inside the crystal you walk around following your senses as to

where to go, and then you will find the spirit or elder of the crystal. You can

then chat with the spirit, introduce yourself and when you feel the time is

right then you can ask the spirit to guide you and work with you.

I have the full miditation written out if you want it.

On occasion I have had a crystal actually speak to me in an audible voice. I

know it sounds a bit crazy but once I picked up a medium sized blood stone and

distinctly heard a voice that said 'put me way up against your liver, press as

hard as you can - I can do the most good there'. I was a bit shocked but did

what it said and I feel it did help me.

how do you walk in the crystal ? how do you leave the body without falling

asleep and having to wait for the dream state to come ? this is very advanced,

because if you just imagine you are walking how does that work?

Hi Vicky,

I too, would love the meditation, and is something, I have been wanting to do

for quit sometime now, and that is communicate with my crystals. I also have 2

beautiful Sycamore trees near my home that I also would love to communicate

right, All, because when i read about say, how Quartz has certain properties, I

know its true , and i know i can feel a little energy here and there especially

if i do a technique i'll share right now :

where i send rapid exhale / inhales through the mouth or nose, called bhastrika,

and then when my body tingles, i hold the crystal

but its not good enough at all, because these things have such great power if

they can truly be active with me!

It is also possible to intuit the nature of a crystal and to automatically

select the appropriate crystal for a given need or problem. This is to some

degree an unconscious act but also by training and becoming more sensitive to

your intuitive or psychic side, this ability can easily be activated. On one

occasion I woke up knowing that I had to get a piece of larimar not knowing why.

There just happened to be a crystal fair going on in my small hometown which

almost never happens and then I was able to obtain a piece of larimar, very

economically. I started wearing it and immediately, the next day my depression

lifted and I got a new job... almost miraculously wowing a team of 15

challenging interviewers. I have to say that some of my crystal experiences,

particularly with larimar has been astounding.
