Crystal or prayer group if one doesn't use one will lose

i am new to this group so have kinda stayed out of this discussion then i had

one of those times when if you don't speak out you know your in trouble. i also

belong to reiki groups and yes there are many requests for healing of mind body

soul and yes even fiances but as healers are we not just channels for the

healing to be directed to these people? it would seem to me that is the main

point of being and learning about healing. i have learned much and in giving

have recieved so much and have developed an attidude of gratitude that i am able

to help ease the suffering of some person or animal and i would think if all you

are interested in is reading is about the stones i would not join a group but

would find a school and pay for the lessons or would just simply buy the books

and there are many out there. for what would a doctor be who didn't do the

rounds and watch procedures etc while learning to be a doctor.   i have become

tired of the me its all

about what i want attitudes i am seeing now worldwide and its very sad to see

as  there are many things much more important then me. i am not put off by

people needing help i am honored that they have asked me because that means they

believe and i can help people who can believe. i so appreciate a forum that not

only teaches but encourages the  using of what you are taught to help many. for

what you send out into this world you will recieve back multiplied many times

over  and if you don't use the gifts you are given to help others i believe you

will lose them or become ineffective. paula (pas)

I typically use a cleansed clear quartz or blue kyanite for auric clearing.

Susan,

 

This question has stirred up some interesting debate and more questions relative

to crystal use have been posted since your question appeared. It was obviously a

catalyst.

 

Others have mentioned that the title of a post tells the story and yours

mentions prayer groups, so I assume your concern is veering away from any

connection with crystals. For what it is worth, I think crystal healing requests

are part of the the group and as a healer I am happy to send to healing requests

especially as many people are going through tough times at the moment. Whilst

many will send healing without posting, the recipient will be comforted when

their request is acknowledged.

 

A way to avoid opening unnecessary mail if time is tight is to have the digest

sent daily so anything that is irrelevant can be scrolled over. I think the

recent digests show that there is room for both points of view.

 

I would also like to ask people which crystals they use to work on the aura and

how they use them.

This same logic could be applied to healing. When I want a healing I go to a

professional and pay for his/her time and services. When I want to learn about

healing I have no problems paying for the classes and am receptive to other

viewpoints though I think I have a right to question something when I am

unclear. This was a prior discussion, we were discussing crystals here and I

think you may have inadvertently responded to the wrong post. As an aside when

I want to learn something new about a topic I usually join relevant lists like

'crystal' healing. I personally don't see the harm in doing that. I would assume

an attitude of gratitude would include being receptive to the viewpoints of

others if you are indeed at all concerned with others as you claim to be here in

sorry if i posted wrongly actually i am probably more accepting of differences

in people and belifs and methods then most as i feel i can and have learned much

about many things from those differences and am blessed to have met those souls
