Guest guest Posted October 27, 2009 Report Share Posted October 27, 2009 I personally find that when I am too grounded I tend to eat more, and have found amethyst to be the best stone to use when I am wanting to cut back and loose weight. With amethyst I tend to look more on the spiritual side of things and less to the physical. Avoiding garnet and carnelian also seem to help.
