Guest guest Posted October 1, 2009 Report Share Posted October 1, 2009 Hi all, I've recently bought a pair of Boji Stones and I love them dearly. I read a lot about how to use them and it seems that different people have different opinions. For example, one website states that they should never make direct contact with the chakras, only held in the hands or placed near the person's body. Well, being the rebel that I am, I decided to place them directly on my heart chakra, on top of my shirt, as I laid down to go to sleep. My intention was to leave them on for a few minutes and take them off before falling asleep. That didn't quite work out because I ended up falling asleep with the stones on my chest. I woke up about half and hour later with a very weird feeling in my heart area...it's so difficult to describe. It felt like electricity was passing through my heart, followed by a tingling sensation that went through my heart and down my arms. I felt like something energetically " broke " ...if that's the correct word. It was a very scary feeling...yet in a way I felt good about it. Guest guest Posted October 5, 2009 Report Share Posted October 5, 2009 Hi Anna I had gotten a pair almost a year a go, never feel asleep with mine on my chakra. but they are in your hands, you have chakras there also and the feelings of peace and balance come from that area Ii don't use them every day now, but when they get heavy i clear them as for your heart take a cool shower ground your self in the tub and rinse any vibration from to the stones during your shower/meditation. visualize it running thorough you and down your feet and out the drain, that's what i would do. I've also learned my lesson and only keep them on for 5-10 minutes. Some grounding before use will not hurt either. Appreciate your response! Apologies for being behind in my email .... free time and energy are elusive at present. The most intense experience I have had with a crystal dealt with hold a terminated yellow calcite point in one hand and a danburite point in the other. I had started with the calcite in the right and the danburite in the left, just to feel how they might work together. Then I switched hands ... well that is when there was more or less an arc of energy (for lack of better description) that nailed me in the solar plexus. It literally felt like I got the wind knocked out of me and I had to literally catch my breath. At the time the solar plexus chakra was regularly showing signs of blockage. I certainly know what to do these days if I feel that it needs some attention .... lol Blessings to your eve all.
