Guest guest
Hi. Thanks to all of you who share openly of their love for healing stones and crystals; I've been quiet for many years so having a place that I can feel connected with others who see what I see is a blessing to me. I would like to ask a question about your personal collection. Of all of your stones, which one, two or three make you at ease, happy and least anxious? Do you wear it, hold it or store it with you in your bag? I am the latter, but bring them out to " play " with them and give them some breathing room. They've served as simply beautiful stones to collect and gaze through up until now. I'd just like to give them more purpose because I think they are telling me to do something with them. lol. Thanks for your communication. Karen in Florida
Guest guest
Hi! I love my moldavite, it always calls to me. It is a wire wrap pendant. My citrine pendant makes me feel self confident and mature. When I'm scared or overwhelmed I turn to my Boji stones. One set is palm sized and one set are smaller and wire wrapped so I can wear them. My Bojis are my teddy bears or security blanket stones. I like to wear my stones so they touch my skin. I did see a recent posting that cautioned against some stones, Bojis being one of them, and toxicity. I have a pair of dangly earring that are seraphinite and amethyst beads. Whenever I wear these I seem to have a good day. I call them my good day earrings! crystals rock! Lori
Guest guest
Thank you for your great insight Lori. Did you have the stones first? I have heard about Boji stones but do not have them. Crystals are very special. Its very nice to share and be accepted in this forum. Karen , " lori " <felix20_91 wrote: > > Hi! > I love my moldavite, it always calls to me. It is a wire wrap pendant. Guest guest
Hi Karen, I am in Florida also. My lepidolite seems to make me feel very calm and content. -Charlene Patio Mermaid Sep 22, 2009 7:28 AM [CrystalHW] HELP: Purposeful stones Hi. Guest guest
Hi! I love the name Patio Mermaid! I found my palm size Boji pair at an annual gem and mineral show. I noticed them while checking out a wonderful piece of moldavite that I couldn't afford to buy. I came back the next day to buy one because I couldn't quit thinking about them! The young man told me they usually come in pairs and matched two up for me and gave me an awsome price (I found out later) and the " official Boji certificates " and some literature on them. All I know is that they were so comforting when I put one in each palm. During very stressful times at work I would put them in a pouch and wear it around my neck under my clothes. They were pretty heavy, though and I wished I had smaller ones. I prefer to look at and feel a stone before I buy it rather than buy off the internet, so I went to a local metaphysical shop. A person had passed away and the family asked her to sell the person's crystals and such at her shop because they didn't know what to do with them. I asked about a small set of Boji stones. She said she didn't think she had any and left the room for a minute. When she came back in as she walked by the table with the deceased person's belongings she stopped and said " here's a set! " and seemed surprised. They were perfect and I feel they are a gift from a fellow seeker. I really treasure them! The Bojis just happen to really speak to me, other people might not like them, though. My large ones just happen to have the certificate of authenticity, but my small ones don't and they have just as special of a vibe. I find it's best to go with what speaks to you, but also to take into consideration other's experiences with crystals. I'm just blown away by the sheer beauty of crystals. Just one more example of the glory and awesomeness of the plane of manifestation! Lori

Guest guest
Hi! Boji stones are the trade name for Kansas pop rocks. They are found around the bottom of a natural earth pyramid in Southwest Kansas. They are a silvery gray concreation primarily of pyrite and palladium. They are a flattened spherical shape. They are considered male and female. The male has angular bumps on it and the female is relatively smooth. Bojistones.com will tell you about the trade name part of it. I also quoted a bit from Melody's Love is in the Earth. They can also be androgeonous and some have a rainbow sheen to them. I find them to be very grounding. Guest guest
I love my Boji stones too! I just picked up my first set last week. I didn't know anything about them, but I felt so attracted to them that I had to get them. I love the fact they come in pairs...it's so amazing. I'm still trying to figure out what to do with them though. I like to do chakra layouts but don't know if I should put the male on the right, female on left, or the other way around. Any suggestions? --- On Wed, 9/23/09, lori <felix20_91 wrote: lori <felix20_91 [CrystalHW] Re: HELP: Purposeful stones Wednesday, September 23, 2009, 6:01 AM Hi! I love the name Patio Mermaid! Guest guest
The male is Yang energy, should be generally on the right, and the female is yin energy, though when i have used them with clients, some hold them reversed. With one client we taped them on the areas of the body where she had the pain, she said she could feel them pulling the pain (that is how she described it) out of her body. linda On Sep 23, 2009, at 6:52 PM, ANA wrote: I love my Boji stones too! Guest guest
Hi! I prefer to use the male on the left side and the female on the right. Try it both ways and do what feels right for you. Trust your intuition. Lori Glad to hear there's another Boji lover out there!
