Guest guest Posted September 4, 2007 Report Share Posted September 4, 2007 Hello Jean I have been injesting coconut oil for about a year, as well as using it externally. It is a great body cream and I also use it on my face too. If using on the face though, put in on very lightly and after several minutes take off any extra. It seems to smooth the skin - don't understand how or why. I also put loads of it on my hair before washing it. It is the best hair conditioner - I have long hair. I know a couple of people whom put wrap a towel over it and sleep on it before washing it but I find just leaving it on a few hours works well too. If one has a tooth ache, mix oregano oil with the coconut oil and put it where the toothache is and the pain will disappear. Do this a few times a day and the inflammation will disappear. Shan Hello! So, at that particular time and date, you use your Crystals of choice to send love and healing out into the world? How effective would this be for someone who has nobody to do this with? Because I'd figure sending out in a group like that would definetly have some impact. Doing it as a singular person, I feel kind of " small " and impotent to have much impact on something so big as the whole world. Although, if a lot of people who were by themselves as well as the groups did it all at once, I should think together we can really do something! What a wonderful idea this is to me. Just one person, in one place can help with this, you don't have to be with a whole bunch of people, as collective thought means thought of anyone in the world thinking the same thing,at the same time, in this case, if that makes any sense you don't have to be part of a group as such, because in this instance the group is humanity.
