Guest guest
I pulled my books out and i went online. Specifically to see if I could find anything that ranged in the area of the question of it 'being sensitive to the skin.' And since I work with stones myself, I would really like to know the answer to this question myself. But sometimes our information is like a grain of salt. Keep it /or toss it. But it takes our own ideas to develope what we are facing in wonder. I can say that the best answers to our wonders are going to be thru our personal experiences with them. But sometimes we can use a little assistance with human contact/writing/ speaking. Sometimes it requires studies delving into an area by an author/authors or masters in an area of study. But even though alot of books repeat,... someone will show us something that they have experienced personally which makes us interested to learn more. Um perhaps the experiencer of this stone whom put the information out there via internet site or in books we have on crystals is perhaps, with very sensitive skin issue. And it isnt a common/ or uncommon issue over all. We really do not know the case study. Even those alerts should perk us with that wonder of hum..... I think the stones beautiful... and it would be a shame not to be able to wear a piece of that luster, because of a out of the blue issue for one/or many whom published the idea noted. Things simply affect us very variably. And others it does not. But it doesnt hurt to check. *Wink Faeriespirit
Guest guest
I haven't been able to find out anymore information about Chrysoprase's possible toxicity, seems to me that it doesn't have any from what everyone has posted here and all the books i've looked into... it was just that one random reference on an internet site.... all i know is that i've been wearing the necklace for the past few days and the effects have been quick and powerful.... aside from being unable to wear the stone in the heat (because it feels like it amplifies it).... i've had intense meditations while wearing it.... the kind of meditations where you slip in and don't want to come out, or i should say it's just plain hard to come out of..... it's had some interesting effects on my personality... one of the traits is not prone to quick responses in anger.... and i've definitely noticed that w/in the last day.... but also as far as being aware of the devic realm that's been intensified..... kind of random coincidence but the day i bought it there was a local forest fire in my area.... i just love it... and it feels very powerful...... just as a side note... i have noticed one peculiar side effect with the botswana agate.... and it's giddiness.... didn't think it was possible but i had on the necklace all day... and by the end of the day i was definitely giddy... which isn't usual for me lol kelly --- On Fri, 8/28/09, faeriespirit <faeriespirit2000 wrote: faeriespirit <faeriespirit2000 [CrystalHW] Chrysoprase Friday, August 28, 2009, 9:37 AM I pulled my books out and i went online.
