Guest guest
This stone is very sensitive to heat and light. So I am assuming while wearing it, our natural heating source of our body can dim its luster. Also as we wear it it can fade in the sunlight much like flourite does. I did read though, that you can restore its luster by bathing with it to restore its contents back to normal. Some of these stones are mimiced from crystal and dyed with salts. So it can be a real disapointment to get a piece that isnt in its genuin form, instead a mimic. From my crystal books it states to put it directly upon the heart for healing past relationships or abuse you encountered to heal the heart. And to connect you to the devine and the Earth with love. As well as any emotional embalances. So my conclusion by thought, is ( and its a bummer cause it is a piece of beautiful jewlery~ I am sure) is to work with it in the home away from sunlight. Or carry it in a mojo bag Or wear it at night when you go out. At least the moon wont fade it. You can also see what you experience and hear from the stone to determine what you notice. Guest guest
Interesting you say the stone is sensitive to heat and light..... when i where it during the day i try to keep it out of the sun or cover it w/ the seatbelt when driving.... but it's been really hot out here on the west coast and the ac has gone out in my car so it was weird because while i was stuck in traffic i just got the overwhelming urge to take the crystal off because i was getting soooo hot.... maybe it was amplifying the heat.... and it's a piece that's set on a silver chain so i want to clean it w/ water but i have to be careful.... it's actually quite beautiful.... it's a chrysoprase teardrop stone set between two diamond cut botswana agates....has almost a native american/ art deco look i just love it!!! --- On Wed, 8/26/09, faeriespirit <faeriespirit2000 wrote: faeriespirit <faeriespirit2000 [CrystalHW] Chrysopase Question Wednesday, August 26, 2009, 10:28 AM This stone is very sensitive to heat and light.
