Blessings to your eve all. ReNau " Codail, suaimhnigh i nge/aga nadragain " " Sleep, rest in the arms of the Dragon "
Guest guest
Greetings all, I am new to the group so firstly, hello all. As for my go to crystals for calm I would have to say that both mangano calcite and atlantisite are calming for me. Guest guest
Howlite is my #1 calmer. Botswana agate is gentle and very calming. Fluorite will draw off extra energy. Any blue stone is good for calming--blue lace agate is wonderful, as is dumortierite or sodalite. Wishing you peace of mind Cindy
Guest guest
i find that dark redish brown stones are lovely, stones with heavy energies that are deeply resonating...i've got on agate and carnelian for that. They help ground as well so you come out of the mind and into the body which when relaxed and soothed feels lovely
Guest guest
I think that you have pointed me in a very positive direction and that does feel right, thank you. Recently I bought some fuschite, lapis with embedded diopside and jet to aid with the stress release but I will consider those next. I have been ill and suffered some damage to my aura, though I see myself being in a period of rejuvenation and restoration... lol. Guest guest
Greetings Charlene, smokey quartz is great for clearing blockages and mending the aura. I use my smokey quartz pendulum exactly for this. Guest guest
Hi Charlene I would recommend Amethyst as an 'old favourite', place a piece by your bed to have a good restful sleep, after which anxieties may be reduced. We tend to overreact to situations when we are tired. Try meditating with a rose quartz (even a tumblestone would do). Do the body relaxation, muscles tensing/releasing throughout your body) and hold the quartz close to your heart. If you can, go inside the quartz mentally and open your heart chakra. Try to meditatate on the real cause of your anxiety... it may be that it is completely different from what you think, release any negatives which come from this and forgive yourself and others. Have a hand crystal for back-up in situations which you find alarming.. a lovely cooling green one of any type would be great. If you are beginning to feel anxious in a situation put your attention to the stone, breath steadily and evenly, and be sure that the loving cooling green vibrations will help you. Breathing techniques- are so important in order to break the cycle of tension/anxiety. As a stone to wear for the chakra which holds tensions (solar plexus) Jasper is the best. A pendant of Jasper would be an excellent stone for you to wear - very protective. I dont know if I am able to suggest you look at my crystals on ebay? crystal_kingdom otherwise contact me on crystal_kingdom and I could send you some stones. >
