Guest guest
I have very good success using intention, calling the Divine White Light to cleanse of all detrimental energies and return to its true vibrational state. You can then send a beam of light emanating from your 3rd eyed into the stone. If i really need to use something (rarely) i sage the stones. I take a strainer and place my stones in it and place lighted sage underneath and let the smoke flow throughout the strainer and the crystals. Hope this helps linda -- In , " creative188 " <creative188 wrote: > > > Is there a specific way to cleanse amethyst? Guest guest
hi I was told that amethyst is the only self cleansing crystal so you do not need to cleanse it like you would with other ones. Also if you have a large piece of it you can use that amethyst to cleanse your other smaller crystals by placeing them on top. I have always done this and have never had any problems? sharon --- On Mon, 13/7/09, lindaepstein8 <dodoe wrote: lindaepstein8 <dodoe [CrystalHW] Re: How should amethyst be cleansed? Guest guest
Hello everyone, I have found that you can read 20 books on crystals and cleansing, clearing, and charging and you can get as many different opinions with everyone saying that their methods works. So the question is...does intention make the difference, if you believe a stone needs to be cleansed, in your reality it does, and if it doesn't get cleansed, what are the ramifications for you if you use it? Or if you believe the intelligence that the crystals possess enables them to be self clearing? Amethyst which is in the quartz family, especially a cluster like the clear quartz cluster are known to cleanse detrimental energies from a room, a living being, and plants. Other crystals when placed either next to them or on top of them are cleansed by the quartz. Citrine which is also a member of the quartz family is said to be self cleansing, carnelian is also said to be self cleansing. linda , sharon singh <s55singh wrote: > > hi > > I was told that amethyst is the only self cleansing crystal so you do not need to cleanse it like you would with other ones. Guest guest
I have some sage so I will try it. I did place it in the rain earlier. I will try calling in divine light and see if it helps. I can't say I feel it's to dow ith the self believing something needs to be cleansed, but I felt energy from it which didn't feel right. Thank you for all your replies. I just think it's being like a child and having a general temper tantrum. I have searched online and I do have some Larimar. So, I am going to try a few techniques. It may be overkill as they say, but I would like to give the crystal a chance before it ends up elsewhere. Thank you
