You have a couple options here. If you prefer laying down, you can drape a

natural fiber cloth (I personally would not use a synthetic fiber) across

your front even with the base of your spine and then place the crystal on

top of that. The other option is you can work sitting up and place the

crystal behind you with it touching the base of your tailbone.
