what to use after my surgery-PLACEMENT

I usually put my crystals beside my bed... and my amethyst I place under my

pillow.... In meditation sometimes I will lie down and place different crystals

on different chakras.... amethyst on the third eye.... rose quartz on the

heart.... rutilated quartz on the stomach....  I will sometimes where a crystal

pendant (especially if it's a crystal I really want to connect with and want it

with me all the time.... and using crystals in Reiki definitely unleashes the

power of the stone.... but specifically with anyolite (ruby/zoisite) it should

have contact with the skin.... the other stones not so much......

 

Anyolite is intensly powerful when used with reiki... I just had a session the

other day with it the the energy intensified so much that it actually discolored

parts of the crystal to white....

there is something that I still don´t understand about working with crystals.

 

To use the power of crystals, is it only by holding them in our hands at any

time? or only when meditating?

Ruby in Zoisite (anyolite) is a good stone for regaining strength after any

physical ordeal... it should be kept in contact with the skin.

 

Anyolite (Ruby Zoisite) improves circulation and quality of the blood, and heart

disorders. It aids in recovery from disorders associated with diminished

physical vitality

 

Provides for amplification of the entire energy field of the body.

Increases the awareness of ones individuality while allowing one to maintain

connected-ness with humanity.

It acts to improve disorders of the heart and to help one to recover from those

disorders associated with diminished physical vitality.

Dear family, I had a microdiscetomy in May and still dont have my strength back.

Doctor says it can take some time. I still hurt and ache and have sciatic pain .

Any suggestions? ? I want to be able to work again ( i carry mail )
