Guest guest
Hi Rachel... Ruby in Zoisite (anyolite) is a good stone for regaining strength after any physical ordeal... it should be kept in contact with the skin. Anyolite (Ruby Zoisite) improves circulation and quality of the blood, and heart disorders. It aids in recovery from disorders associated with diminished physical vitality Provides for amplification of the entire energy field of the body. Increases the awareness of ones individuality while allowing one to maintain connected-ness with humanity. It acts to improve disorders of the heart and to help one to recover from those disorders associated with diminished physical vitality. Guest guest
In addition to prayerful meditation, very warm quartz baths there are other things you can do to help with this condition. Blue calcite is good for back pain. Red and brown agates are very strengthening... bloodstone is excellent. Smoky quartz is a great stabilizer and will help ground out the pain and cause it to weaken. Rutilated quartz helps to stimulate cell growth. Lodestone commonly used to draw out pain from meridians. Also tourmaline is good for cleansing and removing blocks. A bit more expensive however. rachel Jul 2, 2009 6:03 AM [CrystalHW] what to use after my surgery???? Guest guest
there is something that I still don´t understand about working with crystals. To use the power of crystals, is it only by holding them in our hands at any time? or only when meditating? Thank you! First, This is my own little quirky thing but I prefer to use the word energy and not power (power to me is an ego word and just doesn't fit with energy work). That being said .... Think of the energy of the Sun, it radiates and flows. You don't need to hold the sun to feel it's energies by any stretch of the imagination. As such, neither do you need to be holding a crystal for it's energies to be effective or to be able to feel them. No, meditation is not a prerequisite to working with crystal energies either. I will note though, when starting out with an individual crystal it may help you get to know it's energies a bit easier if you meditate with it the first time (few times) you work with it, just to learn it's personal nuances and vibrations. This also helps create a more personal connection with the crystal itself. After that, you would not " need " to meditate with it first unless you want to or feel compelled to do so. Crystal energies are effective even when placed beside your bed, under your bed, under your pillow, basically anywhere in your environment. Blessings to your eve all. Guest guest
Hi Rachel, Sorry for the short note as I am on the fly but .......I recommed sending my friend Gena an e-mail wh sells a product that repairs herniated disc materials and tissues such as muscles, ligaments and tendons...even bone. I have put many people on this product, which has recently sold to another co. and Gena is involved. I just make referrals. There have been countless folks who have had amazing results with repair as it is a collagen product. Her e-mail is gmp66. also recommeded is an alkaline diet. Unless caused by an injury it is most likely that the root cause is a too aci forming diet. Ask her about it. I am currently teaching out of town and sorry fr the brief explannation. FYI I am a Naprapath and nutritionist so I have a background in connective tissue pathologies. Recommend quartz for healing connective tissue issues...lay a cold one right on....look for a flat shap tabular crystal...very smooth and natural always. Guest guest
Yes, you can have them with you at any time or when meditating. You can also apply them to affected parts of your body. Guest guest
Hi Rachel, looks like the gremlins got to my last post. Anyhow lets have another go. There are a number of ways to use healing crystals, firstly you can hold them, wear them, meditate with them you can carry them in your pocket or purse. You can also have them in your car at your work place or just placed around the home. One of the most important things to do with crystals is to make sure that you clean and program them before use, program them for the purpose that you need for example to recover for surgery. For the pain I would recommend Magnetic Hematite but check out the cautions first. Otherwise just plain old Hematite will do the trick. Crystals to help healing after surgery are: Rose Eye Agate.Petzite. Scapolite and Strengite. You could also use Bloodstone as this will help the blood to heal the wound quickly. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact me at anytime.
