Take a breath please. :-)

 

What I was referring to was property rights and landowners rights... and

in that end " stealing " . I think Skye was talking in the same vein.

 

Mining in Arkansas is either in public areas where this is allowed or in

private mines where access is granted by the owner.

 

I don't even want to get into a discussion about rape... that is such

an ugly word that I don't even feel has a place on this list.
