Guest guest
I found a place yesterday that has these moving patterns. You stare into the middle of the pattern and if you do it for a short while, you may start to feel a moving sensation. If you look away from the screen, for instance, I looked at an antique chair, and I saw colored sparks emitted from over it....It had sort of an ethereal look. The site proclaims itsself as " Sort of like taking acid, but not " . Ignore that. Even ignore all the above if you want to. This is the point I'm trying to get to regarding meditation: I got serious in my approach and began staring into the center until I felt I was at the right point. At that point, I closed my eyes and went into a meditative state. I decided at THAT point, to try self-hypnosis. I've had several hypnosis sessions, so I knew how to count myself down, down, down until I reached a deep state. I won't go into detail about what happened during this deep state. But I was there. Deep meditation. BEFORE I tried the self-hypnosis, I just let my mind go blank, let my body really relax, and meditated. FIRST TIME I'd been able to go into a meditative state since the Crystal Healings I use to get while in Calif. As I finished my deep state, I emerged feeling wonderful and tranquil and...well, just great! If anyone wants to check out this site, this is the place: www.neave.com/strobe/ Best of luck with your meditation, however you do it! Guest guest
Most of my clients prefer guided meditation / guided visualization. Actually, when I meditate, I often coose guided meditation. There are many great CD's available....you just need to find the ones that resonate with you. IWhile I'm not trying to sell anything here....love the information about crystals...I would like to mention that I made a guided meditation CD at the request of clients, and it is on my website (not one of the free ones that you can find on the internet, though). It is very basic, and helps you find your " color " of relaxation. Seems to be effective for many. There's a small clip of it on the meditation page. http://holisticwellnesstherapies.net " If I can add one touch of a rosy subject into any person's life, then I shall have worked with God.
