Questionis on healing self

I have been working with crystals to heal and balance my Chakras. At

first I felt strong sensations in Sacral and Throat Chakra not quite

pain but mostly discomfort. I accepted this because I was getting

over a stomach bug. The feeling was warmth and little sharp pains

but nothing to make me want to stop. I assumed that it was my Sacral

Chakra opening up and it's energy healing my lower intestines. I

only worked with my Chakras a few times and each time my Sacral

became more quit. My Throat Chakra was much different the sensations

were very intense. It felt like I could have swallowed a Greathound

Bus. It just seemed to open further and further to the point that I

reached my hand over my throat. And yes it was expanding, it didn't

hurt or scare me I again assumed that Chakra was opening to heal. I

do have trouble talking, I get my words all tangled around each

other. Today when I worked with my Chakras there was no sensations

in fact my breathing was more even. All the other times I would

start out with concentrating on my breath and then when I was in the

state of meditation as I know it (I don't know much, yet). My

breathing was become difficult and lose it rhythym. But today it was

a quit session no sensations, even breathing and I saw silhouettes of

animals. Is the fact that I felt no sensation because my Chakras are

becoming balanced?

I have been told by my spirit guide to 'shut up and listen'. I

thought I was doing a good job of it until my front tooth fell out.

So I jokeingly tell my family that evidently I wasn't shutting up

enough. So now when I hear my own voice in my head or when I am

talking to someone that tooth reminds me to just listen. Also for

the past year my ears have been itching and the doctor didn't find

anything but wax. So I bought the stuff he recommended and my ears

still itched but I have noticed that they aren't itching as much this

week. I have also noticed that everything in nature looks different

it looks more alive to me like I can almost see the energy. Is this

because it is almost spring time here in Florida? Or is it because I

am finally listen?
