Guest guest
Bless you, practice yoga, look at some poses on youtube, a base sun salutation sequence, they start with raising the arms, bending back slightly, t hen folding forward, stepping back into plank, then lowering to the stomach, then up to cobra, then back into down dog, then into forward fold, then up to standing, you can find a video of such a type of sequence quite easily , and practice on your own, you don't really need a mat at all, there are many tons of yoga videos, you can explore the stretches, taking them gentle, and learn how to heal yourself this way. , Pat Curtis <patcurtisofri wrote: > > Ihave reiki level one going for 2 in a week > but my root chakra is way off > I have 2 rods and 4 screws in that area > and I am know going for lumbar injection > for pain management on the 25th this is my last > treatment so how can i really work on that > area to give it entense healing I do a dailt > charka meditiaon and reiki and grounding > and centering the last shot I had on feb 11th > really sentmy body out of balance anyone have any ideas > namaste > > > > >

Guest guest
Hello, Just a little word of warning. The typical yoga positions are for healthy people... if you have any restrictions, disabilities etc they must be adjusted not to cause more harm than good. For bad backs especially the lumbar you cannot do all the excercises unless you are in no pain. The sun salutation is the most wonderfullest yoga sequence however I know from experience, that it is too powerful to be done with a weak back. The yoga makes your muscles more supple/flexible but doesn't stregthen them enough. Everybody is different. You can try the yoga but never do it if it causes you more pain. I would also look at how to stregthen your back with physio-therapy type excercises along side yoga. Oh and simple breathing excersices (called pranayama yoga) can do wonders also. Don't do the heavy ones that jerk your back though... just the light excersices that help slow and regulate your breathing. Regarding your root chakra though, perhaps you could wear red jasper or ruby which can help these chakras. As you do reiki - continue giving reiki to your chakras and centres of pain everyday. When you do reiki 2 you will be able to use the symbols to programme repitive and distance healings. Guest guest
might want to ask a doctor what they say, unless you are confident in your abilities and if you are, no need to give your confidence over to authorities, if you have such issues, tai chi is a much more gentle option to bring the body back into alignment, wishing you well -Christpoher , Pat Curtis <patcurtisofri wrote: > > thank you so much for this info > I think I will most deffinately > follow this one alo better I can't > even sit on the floor to do yoga > becasue of the rods in my lower back > at l,2 and 3 area I can't get down never mind to > get up > and the breathing yoga sound great to me > thank you so much > namaste Pat > > > > > ________________________________ > anilsaiba <suryauditprasad > > Friday, February 27, 2009 1:53:58 AM > [CrystalHW] Re: hello I have a question > > > Hello, > Just a little word of warning.
