Guest guest
Welcome Diane! Can you tell us what you've tried for your back pain, and what exactly is going on with it? Both my daughter and husband have back problems, and a combination of chiropractic adjustments and deep tissue massage helps keep them pain free most of the time. Guest guest
Dear Diane, You dont have to suffer from back pain. In more then 90% of cases it is due to muscles, called Myofacial pain and simply responds to stretching. Please review the back pain section in our web site. Guest guest
Dear Joan You didn't seem to be whining - just stating the horrific facts - as a homeopath i would say to try & get some Aconite and Arnica 30C and take these two remedies two or three times a day for three weeks and see if it makes any difference to the way you feel - the trouble with trying to dissolve scar tissue if you wanted to do this is, that it may not have good effects with some of the internal scarring. In addition to the homeopathic remedies i recommend taking Magnesium complex in the morning - 2 or 3 tabs for three weeks and then cut it back to one. Just for starters. Best, Jane - " joany711 " <joany711 Wednesday, December 19, 2007 12:56 PM i'm new Hi my name is Joan , i'm 55 . 10 years ago i was hit by a drunk driver ' my legs where both broken -- 10 places in all -- my feet and knees where crushed , both my hips where either broken or cracked . All of my ribs where broken , my liver, spleen and pancreas where lacerated , one lung had a pneumothorax and is now only about 70 percent working > i have an aquired brain injury and scar tissue on the brain. I struggle daily to stay away from pain meds and usually i do okay but i could sure use some new ideas and moral suport ! thanks for reading and excuse my whining
