My only ? left is - what if my friend does not believe in the healing end of crystals? She just thought it was " pretty " . When I first read your post I got from the crystal it needs to rest in dirt (Mother Earth) right now. If you are in a colder climate however, outside could make the crystal crack the rest of the way. That is why I am recommending a flower pot of dirt ~G~. I get the definite feeling of grounding being needed and when I read up on Tiger's eye (which I haven't done in quite some time as I don't work with it often), that is one of it's properties and this is what I feel the relation between your friend and this crystal is. Let the Earth do the cleansing and I would wait give the crystal a week laying in the dirt before passing both crystal and pot of dirt to your friend.Your friend would do well with some time outdoors getting her hands dirty in the Earth and if that is not an option at the moment at least going and literally hugging some trees. Even just tending to houseplants and doing some repotting so that she is touching? Earth would be of benefit. And when you do give it to her, tell her any time she is feeling stressed to pick it up and hold it, switch it back and forth between her hands and even just rub it between both her palms and then when she is feeling calmer, return it to it's earthy flower pot bed. She can either just lay it atop the soil or bury it if she feels like it. Crystals still have healing energies, whether the person receiving the crystal believes it or not. I just think the healing energies take a bit longer to work on the non-believers but they still ultimately work. Blessings to your eve all.
