However I don't feel anything different or particular.

As I don't feel the energy is it good/bad for me?

Greetings and Salutations Anjani (and all)

Most of the time, my purpose for putting crystals under my pillow is for

dream work (getting messages from my dreams basically). I do not necessarily put

them under there for healing purposes (although I have). I may however put

rose quartz and lepidolite under to assist with calming and relaxing sleep.

As for it being good/bad for you, I would not say it is bad for you unless a

particular crystal makes it so your sleep isn't as restful as it should be. A

good while ago, I had tried pink smithsonite under my pillow and I wound up

having some of the most bizarre dreams, that I didn't try it again for a very

long time afterwards. My dreams are usually quite vivid but only randomly

bizarre or disturbing.

What I would recommend is try a single crystal of your choice for a night or

2, instead of putting multiple crystals under your pillow. Possibly start a

dream journal (if you don't already keep one and make a notation of which

crystal you used that night and see what if any dreams you recall and how each

crystal affects your dreams. You might even journal how your were feeling when

you went to bed (stressed, aches, pains, mood, etc.) and also note how you

feel in the morning when you awaken. This could be a good indicator as to any

of the healing energies the crystal(s) are giving you while you sleep.

Blessings to your night all.

I have made lightwands by myself and sometimes I get advice from my spiritguides

to sleep with one.

One of my lightwands are always lying behind my bed.

Blessings,

Excellent idea about the dream journal. I shall surely do that. Thanks
