Guest guest
Greetings Everybody, I'm planning a major detox off all kinds of drugs. Please could some of you knowlegable crystal healers advise me which crystals to have around me during these hard 7 days. Would having a bath with crystals in, or drinking water that has had crystals in help ? My own thoughts were to have malachite at first to help withdraw negative energies. But then i feel stuck with what else to use or do. Thank you for your time with any help or replies. Love and Light cosmic angel
Guest guest
Actually I just completed this complex program to detox my whole system. First thing you have to do is meditate that you are strong enough to overcome any obstacle. Fast for 5-7 days drinking only water, decaffinated green tea, and dilutted all natural fruit juice. The first 3 days are rough but just stick to it. afer that craving go away and taste buds are reenergized. You feel so healthy and totally satisfied. When you begin to eat again, eat fresh fruit (no meat, no dairy, no bread) do this for about 2 days and then continue with your regular diet. Hope it helps you like it helped me
Guest guest
Hi Katie, Excuse the short note here but here are a few ideas. I would drink elixir of amethyst and smoky quartz. I would have lepidolite in a good hot bath with magnesium salts (epsom). The first to help you defrag your system and keep commited. The second to soothe the nerves and lift the spirit. Consider wearing a kunzite crystal....like the lepidolite high in lithuim. Jade for balance and electrolytes is good too. Malachite too is great....and wearing is great....or having during meditation...especially in areas of pain. It has a high copper content which can push through stagnant conditions especially liver related. Do not use in elixir as can be toxic if not sealed. Blessings and the very best to you.....remember rose quartz --- On Wed, 12/31/08, Katie <cosmicangel40 wrote: Katie <cosmicangel40 [CrystalHW] Advice with a doing a detox Wednesday, December 31, 2008, 4:05 AM Greetings Everybody, I'm planning a major detox off all kinds of drugs. If you are considering doing a fast like this and you are new to fasting ..... first and foremost check with your primary care person. If you have a medical condition already, your PCP may not think this is a good way to go for you. I am hypoglycemic and a fast such as this could be potentially life threatening. The same would probably hold true for a diabetic and other conditions because of the stress this could have on the body. Fasting is not something one just jumps into, especially one that lasts this long. Also, doing a fast such as this one requires a person to be quiet and still for much of the time .... in other words, if you work a full time job, unless you plan on taking the week off, do not do it. Also, before jumping into a fast such as this one do some research first. The water, if I am not mistaken, should be purified water and/or perhaps spring water, not regular tap water. What kind of juices are the best? If you are female or male is there a better time of the month to start a fast? Blessings to your day all. Guest guest
perhaps you could simply drink sooo much water, until you are peeing regularly , every 5 minutes, as a cue to stop (i did once when i was curious as a child, thought to myself, I'll drink 5 glasses of water in a row! ) obviously one would honor their body and listen to it and respect it, but the idea is an immediate flush then, after all the water is out, drink copious amounts of whatever the best fruit juice sounds to you, say orange or apple, has to be 100% juice of course, I prefer juice with NO ADDED VITAMINS because, the one time I chugged a gallon of apple juice, I was disgusted and could clearly taste all the extra vitamin C they put in it for " no good reason " (at least if you are a juice chugging machine) the reason being to flood the system with so much liquid will allow a lot of purging to take place, and fruit juice is an exceptional lifter of spirits, though not nearly as much as fresh fruit (maybe 20% as much, it is " dead " in comparison) i say this because to flood with liquids and have lots of fresh fruit and fruit juice, is a huge cleaning gift, and may negate the need for fasting, it is good to charge and clean water, either with crystals or with sunshine. i have a drinking glass with a tumbled citrine and a quartz point in it, and i put my water in the glass, and then wait a few moments and bless it, and drink it, so that it is repaired. i am advocating the juice + water + eating normal diet because i keep saying to myself " i am going to go on a fast " and have not really done it. , renaumoon wrote: > > > > > In a message dated 12/31/2008 10:34:43 P.M. Guest guest
now the stones I would recommend would be to wear or carry Prehnite. this stone helps the body detox, this stone can be used in an elixure. Though if this is your first time doing a cleanse *Do not use this to make an essence* it will pull toxins hard and fast which can make you very ill, even in very small doses and knock you on your seat. So if it's your fist time, I recomend only wearing, as this is a very powerful stone. start slowly and watch for signs of needing to back off, this is the best thing I can recomend. now I agree on the water, it is crucial at any time, especially the winter and most definitely if you are doing a cleanse, the rule of thumb is 2 ouncer per poundof body weight, so you can get enough water in. Our bodies are made up of water, Our digestive systems function on water and if we dont get enough it will make our bodies sluggish and we will collect toxins easily. Now If you are doing a cleanse purified is best. I add fresh squeezed lemon in, as it is healing and helpful in the process. Definitely take care if doing a fasting cleanses and YES check with your practitioner, I personally can only fast for hours not days. when I do a fast and I have to be very careful, if I go to long I get a headache, which turns into a migraine (hypoglycemia). what kind of cleanse are you shooting for, what is involved?? are you having a care giver monitor your progress?? I have heard of doing a variation of a lemonade fast. It has distilled water , fresh lemon juice real maple syrup and green powder. it has nutrients you need to keep you going and it doesn't drop you like a brick. I have added this to my day to help keep my acid/alchaline levels right, from time to time. For me I like making sure I have sugar out of my diet as they hinder the process of healing. almonds, almond milk, millet, buckwheat, amaranth, quinua, good whole grains, veggies and fruit will help. I also like making fresh apple juice and drinking it quickly to get all the fresh enzymes in. steer clear of oranges and orange juice as they are high in citric acid and in most cleanses you are trying to regulate yor acid/alchaline level as well as cleansing highly recomend epsom salt bath as it helps draws the excess toxins outoxins out. Guest guest
Fasting is great for the health of your body if you are well enough to do it. Many health problems make it hard to fast so it is important to talk to your health professional first. One other thing to be well aware of is that an intake of a large amount of fluids in a short time can be hazardous in that it lowers the electrolytes, minerals and vitamins naturally stored in the body and can be deadly if over done, it can stop your heart, liver and kidneys, can add to water retention in the body and damage your eyes if you have certain health problems. It is very important to maintain the correct level of these chemicals in the body for correct body function and do a lot of research before starting a fast or new diet plan.
