Keep Sending reiki,prayers and healing

The situation with my neighbour is still the same.

He tunes his music still up at times when people are in bed sleeping.

Last night I awoke at 2.35 am with loud music from the neighbour.

If someone knows some other ideas to stop him and it's legal, please mail me.

If I warn the police the finger of judgment who has warned the police is pointed

at me and I think he is dangerous and I am a woman alone.

Livin like now is horrible.
