It is giving of Prana (life force, chi, breath of life) this is done

differently with the same intent my numerious modalities. Check out Reiki, or

Pranic Healing, Energy Healing, Barara Brannens Hands of Light is a good way to

get started understanding it, also Barbara Eden's stuff. I don't have Reiki but

I do have modalitiies from an Ashram here in Atlanta, and I have 5 levels of

MCKS Pranic Healing. I like the MCKS because it is sooo detailed you don't have

to guess.

learning about energy.
