Guest guest
My oldest son is in school now (Mornings) and it turns out that the father of one of the children in the afternoon class is the man who stocked me for over a year. It took a lot of effort on my part to get away from him and now I have to deal with him on a regular basis and next year it will be everyday. I have gone through my collection and I am not really sure what I can stick in my pocket to help calm my nerves when I have to deal with him. Any suggestions? Guest guest
Jessica, Crystals--smoky quartz, black tourmaline, amber . . . Imagine you are surrounded in a pink bubble of loving and protective light. Focus on your little one, and breathe calmly. Pick a mantra to repeat to yourself, like " I am safe and protected. " Now to the mundane--do you or did you have a restraining order on him? Can you choose a different entrance/time to drop off and pick up your little one? Is there a security guard at your child's school? Practically, don't make eye contact, leave AFTER he does so he won't follow you, keep a cell phone handy to call if you need help, and choose a safe location other than your house to drive to if he follows you (like the local police station). Predators usually stalk multiple victims, so he probably has found a couple more by now. FEEL and BE strong and safe and relaxed, and he will pass you by for a more likely victim. Visualize that your " scare button " doesn't work anymore. Wear the smoky quartz, which is the best " flea repellent " ever! Guest guest
Not sure what stocked means , though to your question when I have to deal with stressful situations I make sure to have or wear smoky quartz (grounding and calming) moonstone to enhance and increase the effect as well as other benefits. Red garnet for high stress situations, and finally if it is an excessive stress to me I add a strand of prehnite. sometimes I use smoky quartz and prehnite together and skip the rest hope this helps -- Have a Happy and Keep Smiling TTFN Angelina Thelin

Guest guest
Thank you so much everyone. The day went ok, I was stressed out every time he came close but I got through it and I feel that it will only get easier as long as he doesn't start acting up again. I am still concerned about him being in contact with me but I am not afraid like I was on the day of the field trip. Blessing to everyone who helped me, I cannot thank you enough. The crazy thing is all my training and logic said don't fear him but I just couldn't get my heart to stop racing and my breathing was fast and restricted. So silly to let him effect me that way but I will be able to move on from here I think and grow a healthy relationship with the pain he caused me, I have finally been able to start the forgiving process. Thank you all again. Jessica
Guest guest
Great start, Jessica! Hold an image in your mind of him diminishing--getting smaller each time you see him. It will ease the fright. And keep the smoky quartz close to you! Love and Light, Cindy , " addysmum2003 " <addysmum wrote: > > Thank you so much everyone.
