Please email me again my messages were erased before I got your email. I too am a Reiki Grandmaster. Which is a level 3 with more attunements. As far as reiki goes I have never been able to figure out how to use it on myself. When I was a level 1 I felt all the tiredness and such that goes with the first attunement so I know it's real.
